HouseShot Name, Image & Likeness Agreement
By participating in HouseShot, all players grant HouseShot permission to use their name, image, likeness, bowling statistics, average, submitted scores, photographs, videos, social media posts, and related content for promotional, marketing, educational, editorial, and operational purposes associated with HouseShot.
Player Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times while participating in HouseShot activities, communications, and online platforms.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- Profanity, vulgar, obscene, or offensive language.
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or discriminatory remarks.
- Content promoting illegal activity.
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate material.
- Content intended to damage the reputation of HouseShot, its participants, sponsors, partners, or affiliates.
HouseShot reserves the right to remove content and/or suspend or terminate participation for violations of these standards.
Photo & Profile Image Standards
Participant photographs, profile pictures, and submitted images must be respectful and appropriate.
The following are not permitted:
- Explicit or sexually suggestive images.
- Images containing offensive gestures.
- Images displaying illegal activity.
- Images containing hate symbols or discriminatory content.
- Excessively edited or misleading representations.
Participants are encouraged to use clear, professional, sports-related photographs similar to those commonly used by professional fantasy sports platforms and athletic organizations.
Use Of Name, Image & Likeness
Participants grant HouseShot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use approved content in:
- Website content
- Mobile applications
- Social media
- Promotional materials
- Press releases
- Marketing campaigns
- Player profiles
- Rankings and statistics pages
This permission remains in effect while participating in HouseShot and for archival and historical purposes thereafter.
HouseShot reserves the right to reject, remove, or request replacement of any content that does not meet platform standards.
